Hydraulic question
Ok, so I've been working on getting my 9300 backhoe ready to go. Mounted it to the 350 this weekend and found an issue with the hydraulics. One outrigger works perfectly up and down. The other valve works great in one direction and not the other. The outrigger lines are on quick connects, so I swap ...

Can't believe this post has been up for a week with 172 views and no comments. I'll be the first to admit it, I'm a little jealous. I know a LOT of work went into saving that thing but the result is amazing. I so wish I had the time, energy, and resources to accomplish that. One day I hope to be reb...

Never just weld a crack. It will open back up eventually. I always drill the end of the crack at both ends with a drill about twice the diameter of the crack width. This helps to put a stop to the crack further developing. I would then weld up the crack and fill the drilled holes. For even better re...

9300 hydraulic question
So I'm changing the couplers on my 9300 and crawler to match each other. Can someone please tell me which is the supply and which is return from this pic? The far left or the far right?
Thanks
Thanks

Picked up a 9300 today
So I got one heck of a deal on a 9300 hoe today. Freshly blasted, primed and painted. The previous owner lost one of the bucket pins when he disassembled for painting. What material do you all recommend for the pin? This is the pin where the hydraulic linkage for the bucket attaches back to the boom...

350 helping make work easier
Used the 350 to help process my two hogs today.
The bigger one blew out a 550# scale. Best estimate he was 6-625#.
So nice having a loader to do the heavy lifting

You can do a quick estimation with the dimensions if known. 1 cubic foot of steel is about 490# 1 cubic foot of cast iron is about 450# And I'll second the above about hauling per your state dot. In NC the trailer weight cannot exceed 10k without CDL's regardless of the truck capacity and total comb...

Tigerhaze, You mentioned that I should be able to tell a straight 350 from a 350B by the steering clutch housings. Can you tell from the pictures what style they are? The lines appear to be about 1" id. With the pivoting hydraulically lifting seat post (to prevent the need for the hoe jump seat) I would certainly believe it was built for a backhoe. http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j123/nickmartin2/Mobile%20Uploads/2015-01/ABD43378-27F4-43B4-96C0-D686292FE045_zps...

Mounting 9300 backhoe
So I'm looking at getting a 9300 backhoe for my loader. Can someone please tell me what is used to pin the top holes? Do you use some sort of hitch pin or is it bolted? Anyone have the specs if it is pinned or know where I can get them? Or the bolt size if it's bolted.
Thanks
Thanks
