Have you put a gage on it to see what the pressures were in each gear, high, low and reverse.

I have a 1977 450C that someone cooked the clutch pack dics. I've rebuilt the clutch pack new dics, seals, thrust washer ect. also new manifold and new O-rings in everything including the trans pump. before rebuild had 140psi. after rebuild only 30psi. I've tried adjusting the nut in the bell housin...
