I thought i would post the outcome,in case it could help someone in the future.I was able to remove the flexible coupling.A bearing puller from Harbor Freight did the trick.There were no set screws or retainers of any kind.I was surprised.I thought i was missing something,and expected to break the p...

Please forgive my ignorance as to the name of the part.I was merely being lighthearted when I called it a THINGY. I have checked the hub numerous times and I do not see a set screw in the barrel.I scraped it with a wire brush and examined it with a LED light.Still,I do not see a set screw in the bar...

40C rear PTO thingy
Could someone educate me on the purpose of this rear pto gear/chain "thingy"?Since whatever it was attached to is missing,how can i remove it?It looks to be pressed on.I don't see ANY allen screws or bolts on the pto shaft sprocket.
