Clutch pressure plate

Could anyone tell me if the pressure plate for a m is the same as the one used for a 420,I have a spare for the m and looks to be the same as the 420 does, just want to make sure,(siezed throwout bearing wore the fingers)

Good pics, any idea what the hoe alone weighs? I am putting a hoe off a Case 530CK tractor on mine, just hope it isn't too heavy, think it is around 2500lbs. All the sub frame is made up,similar to what yours is,all mounted off the crossbars and loader framework, all I have left to do is the lines, mine ...

Henry was a aftermarket company that made different attachments for John Deere and probably others. That crossmember with the fill cap was broke right off on one end and welded back on out of place a real mess.I have a welding/machine shop so no big deal, the pins that the bucket arms attach to the lo...

Nothing like a crawler in snow!!!I had my 420loader out around Christmas cleaning up packed snow in the driveways when I took a notion to head across the deep powder (about 2-3'),4th gear wide open ,just like driving on a cloud,ha,ha.Since then we had 2 big thaws and lost alot of the snow but now ga...

Yep had the same problem,I made up a sort of stepped washer to take up the wear in the hole in the side plate, then welded it to the plate ,I even had to re-tap the housing to the next size bolt cause of wear, boy was this old crawler used hard in its early years.

yes true there is enough welds on the loader from yrs of abuse and 500psi more will create problems again.I rebuilt all the cylinders using polypaks instead of the old leather type seals so I'm not to worried about the cylinders, rest of the loader might not take that much more.I did replace the spri...

hydraulic pump question

I was wondering how to go about finding the correct pump.I see lots of pumps that are rated 3000 max rpm and 30-40gpm and 3000- 3650 psi, what would happen if I used one of these pumps? What I think I need is 2000 psi and 20gpm ,would these work at the lower rpm of 1500-1800 or do they need the 3000 r...

Straightened lots of them over the years just in a hydraulic press.Be sure to place alum. or brass blocks under and between the ram and the shaft.Place the blocks apart well if they have a curve to them, you will surprized how little pressure it takes to bend them back, just be carefull not to damage ...
