It amazes me how much I don't know about this thing. I know it has an extra pad, I was told on here they were from a 350 but that was just by the pad count, They didn't see any pics of it. So your saying the rails and sprockets are from a 440? I've never driven a tracked vehicle in my life. Can you ...

I think it might have been one of your old posts that I read that in. I just wanted to make sure the pans could support all that weight.

That's great news, so I should be able to take a link out. The bushings look new on the outside. I was afraid they were worn on the inside. There is no telling where these tracks came from, the machine appears to be a 420. (has a water pump) dip stick on left side. 1957? No serial # tag. The grill a...

5 roller 420c track pads

Spring in shifter mechinism on 420c

Looking at the parts manual for the 420-430 crawlers on page 30-33 there is a spring #21 I believe, part # m3985T. What is this for and where does it go? My shifter handle is loose feeling but it works fine. I was wondering if this spring was used to firm it up somehow. Or do I need a new shifter be...

40c hydraulics

Will the hydraulic control valve and linkage from a 40c bolt onto my 420c? I have a bracket over my reservoir where one used to be.

Draw bar

Will a draw bar assembly off an MC or 40c fit my 420c?
