I believe the screen is metal and non-replaceable for the out-going fuel line. Have you checked/cleaned/ flushed the sump drain at the bottom of the tank? Winch is likely a 3325 model. I don’t see why the T41213 shaft could not be straightened in a good press.

It sounds like your engine had a very poor maintenance cycle. This leads to sediment in the cooling system, couple that with fluid cavitation and you end up corrosion in the liners and block. Thank you for expanding on the mechanic’s findings. Repair vs replace.?? Best regards, Bruce

I have had condensers do weird stuff as well. My JD 630 had a lean issue with throttle, lots of troubleshooting later, I changed the condenser with an NOS (USA made) one. No more issues. Maybe it can store a charge at slow idle but no faster ??
