free 440 crawler loader
I picked up an old 440 crawler loader a few years back and rebuilt both steering final drives with clutches and brake bands from Lavoy. It ran great (diesel) and the hydraulics worked great. JD 440 crawler idle lever
I recently bought a 1959 JD 440 crawler loader. I had to rebuild both steering clutches. Now that I can move it around I noticed that I can't keep the idle up. When I move the lever up for more RPM's the lever slowly moves back down to low idle. How do you keep the lever in place ?
thanks,
Duane
