Re: Bucket-return circuit delete help needed for my 350C rewire op
So, part of the complete system overhaul was an entire new pump. New coupler, new hoses, new fittings, front to back top to bottom. 1" supply and 1-1/4" return, 36 GPM high flow pump, and yeah...it's pumpin' lol.

Re: Bucket-return circuit delete help needed for my 350C rewire op
I don't know if this added context possibly matters- but I just finished also re-running the entire hydraulic system. Maybe when fully drained, that solenoid valve/flap/ball/etc closed? Because, I can't think of another culprit not allowing my cylinders to move.

Re: Bucket-return circuit delete help needed for my 350C rewire op
I just put a picture in the Google drive folder in the link up top. I think I have to repower the solenoid, which is currently closed. But I wonder if then I can depower open, and just leave it unhooked.

Re: Bucket-return circuit delete help needed for my 350C rewire op
No, simple is good lol. But so, let's say I never want it, so it can be always open. So maybe I need some simple u-bridge wire between two points to complete the circuit? But if I never put that circuit back in, I don't know what I would be gapping.

Re: Wire harness JD 350 ?
I can't speak to the purchase options, but the wiring was simple enough, I just said F-it and ran new single wires for the lines. There's an L-bracket harness connector point. I actually just drilled it out and ran new wire through, keeping the same/correct hole locations. Some cable ties, clean-up ...

Bucket-return circuit delete help needed for my 350C rewire op
Hey guys, I just went through and did a much needed rewire on my 350C. I found the pressure switch coiled up behind the dash, and the bucket-return disabled, which actually I was veeery thankful for- I fucking hate that function. So, re-ran all new wire, cleaned everything up, reset the gauges in th...

Re: Tips for hydraulic bleed after full system swap?
Thank you sir, good tips always from you. Totally dig the dry crank first, rather than a fully raging pump right off the rip. The system is fully new and without a drop. But after as long as this took, a few extra minutes ain't bad.

Tips for hydraulic bleed after full system swap?
Never done it before, but going to fire up system today.
If anyone can point me in the direction of a tutorial or video, or even some tips, please let me know.
Otherwise, I'm assuming just carefully crack fittings all around?

Re: H-flow pump puttin, total new lines havin- 1st time doin
Hey Jim, I just happened to have the gate valve. I saw a video talking about having all metal (which it does) and not having to worry about rotting seals. However, while I'm pretty sure it fully opens, that was a great observation. Since I'm not 100%, I will definitely double-check. It's 1.25" for t...

H-flow pump puttin, total new lines havin- 1st time doin
Hey friends, I haven’t done such a total redo before in this space. I’m remounting the pump for final fitment tonight, and tightening down the system to start test flow. I have a google drive folder of some pics, link below. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cqjLokQ_2N-uRzZrkAQZW5YPDglVNxNp?us...

No universal track chain options? Build or buy no brainer?
So, I’ve been hunting the interwebs high and low, and amazed to not find one dude on the planet doing this. After all, it’s just links and pins. Sprocket tooth specs, the only variation factor Run a couple different width options, at a couple different tooth gaps, and you’ve got the universal track ...

Re: Basic loader control valve flow-direction question...
The difference in $ was literally a few bucks, so hard for me not too. While one can always limit pressure down, more can't be made if you need it. I am also plumbing a multi-attach setup in back to run other aux hydraulics. I have replaced all my 1/2 hoses, 1" output, 1.25" return, all new hose and...

My challenge was fitting in new and bigger lines. Needed to swap out my pump, and selected this: https://www.surpluscenter.com/Hydraulics/Hydraulic-Pumps/Gear-Pumps/5-43-cu-in-Dynamic-GP-F25-89-S13-A-Hydraulic-Pump-9-12249-C.axd https://www.baileyhydraulics.com/pdf/GP-F25.pdf Lower pressure with the...
