how is steering clutch sleeve secured inside steering clutch quill. mine came loose . can i puts it beck in and make its stay ??440ic

how do I remove front 440 drawbar pin. don;t dare drive wedge between pin and transmission, too much oil to use torch any ideas?? thanks
