Thanks Jim, I wasn't exactly sure where they went. An acquaintance who has done a lot of wrenching on farm tractors and equipment showed me where they went.
I disassembled the engine two and half years ago, been waiting on mains and rod bearings, a lot of pondering. Thanks again.

After 2 1/2 years I am rebuilding my 1010 gas. I found two allen head bolts in my bolt can that I can't remember where they came from. Any Ideas? Also, oil pan has two bolts in either front corners that are larger that the rest of the oil pan bolts. Any ideas on those? Gee, if I could have gotten be...

I just noticed the mention of two cylinders. My 1010 has four. I got my fingers crossed.

Will the engine from a 1010 industrial rubber tired yellow tractor fit my 1010 crawler exactly?

Anyone have gas 1010 engine laying around that doesn't need rebuilt. Been waiting on main bearing for over a year, my patience is wearing out. Western Pennsylvania.

Hmm, I've often wondered why my upper idler on the four roller was welded on. Now I know. Without an engine it doesn't matter.

Any parts hoarders on here have a set of standard main bearings for '61 1010 gas? I am in need of the rod bearings also.

Will a water pump for a 2010 gas fit my 1010 gas? They look identical. Water pumps suck!
