Thanks Jim B! Been after main bearing for the 1010 for over a year with no luck. Can't believe John Deere abandoned their equipment.

Will the engine from a 1010 industrial rubber tired yellow tractor fit my 1010 crawler exactly?

Anyone have gas 1010 engine laying around that doesn't need rebuilt. Been waiting on main bearing for over a year, my patience is wearing out. Western Pennsylvania.

Been waiting on those 1010 gas mains for a year and half now. I don't have many marbles left.

Hmm, I've often wondered why my upper idler on the four roller was welded on. Now I know. Without an engine it doesn't matter.

Any parts hoarders on here have a set of standard main bearings for '61 1010 gas? I am in need of the rod bearings also.

Will a water pump for a 2010 gas fit my 1010 gas? They look identical. Water pumps suck!

Hey Ralph, in my opinion, buying these treasures from the past is like a trip to a casino in Las Vegas.

I finally had to give in and buy six new ones. OUCH!

I picked up four that are in much better shape than ours off Ebay. At least I got to check them out before I bought them. I have plenty of boat anchors already!
