I really wanted at late model 550A or B and found several nice machines, but I've just read of too many problems with the transmissions.

Also verify that the oil pressure gauge is working properly. My little dozer would show about 7 psi hot/idle with factory gauge. I put a mechanical gauge on it, and now shows 34 psi hot idle.

Ebay will get your machine a lot of exposure, but it will cost you a little bit to list.
