Re: gearmatic winch
I am attempting to pull the side cover off my winch. I have removed the row of bolts around the outside, but the cover doesn't want to come off. Is there a trick to getting it off? I don't have an manual for the winch. Anyone have one or know if they are available still? Any help is greatly appreci...

best source for tracks and U/C parts for 350?
where is the best price for tracks and undercarriage parts for the 350? I will be looking to replace the tracks and drive sprockets after I am done with the logging I've been working on. Want to put on grousers again, as this machine is a woods machine.

Hi Karson, Sent you a PM. Like I stated in my PM to you, that is a bit of a haul to ship and unsure if it would be cost effective for you. Not sure how shipping something like that would work or how I'd know in advance what to charge for shipping. I'm all ears if someone on this board has suggestio...

The only times I have have used it was to winch out a stuck farm tractor, and get to dozer unstuck or off high center (working where some timber had been cut, you know a 3 foot dia stump just don't move muc...

ZZZJZD350 winch adjustment
I have been running a 350 with a JD winch. Fluid level is up, is there any adjustment to the winch that will make it pull a little harder? it will barely pull the cat when sitting on level ground, hooked to a stump or tree, with the brake off. I hope that there is an adjustment that can be made to t...

Dropping the price to $575. Don't miss out on a nice little winch. do you still have the winch? any pics? Has the winch been apart recently? I have a Garrett skidder that uses a 8A, my winch needs the clutch gone over. I have had it apart to fix it, but I need clutch bands(primary and secondary), I...
