I see that the input shaft and gears are the same according to the applicable models of b-c-d so would internal parts be interchangeable?

Any lead on how to get parts and a manual to put in new first gear?

350 CE transmission swapped to 350 BB
I have a diesel 350 BB with first gear bad, will a 350 CE transmission interchange into the BB? the serial number for the BB is 183160 T the serial number for the CE is 328267 T Transmission on the bb did not come with a reverse gear I have not pulled the transmission as it still works in 2nd gear I...

I'm going to run it a bit read detergent put in a non-detergent environment tends to knock sludge loose.
Ordered filter today will dump all 3 gal oil and change filter add hyd oil after a few hours or sooner if an issue develops will stay close to shop till change is made.

engine oil in reverser
I put 4 quarts of Rotella 15 - 40 in the reverser by mistake will it hurt anything other than being thicker? I have not cranked it as of yet but it is in the way

My finals have fill plugs on both sides so i am going to swap sides with each final, filling the void with jb weld which will center the shaft and the wear will be transferred to the good side of housing should last longer than I will. did you get the photo bug worked out with hdokes so we can post?...

New owner's first post so if I did it wrong or in the wrong place suggestions appreciated. Pulled final drive and hole for the clutch shaft that pivots in the housing is egg shaped is there a recommended fix for this I have a 1973 JD 350BB SN 183160J. The shaft is worn as well.
