Thanks. with that info I went back to my manual and see they are described as "special" cap screws and are indeed the bolts attaching the final drive to the rear axle housing. Thanks again for the help solving that mystery...

350 JD crawler loader bolts?
Replaced steering clutch on JD 350 crawler loader and have 4 bolts ( 5/8" ) that are unusual in that they have a raised shoulder that runs from the threads about half way to the bolt head and then reduces to the thread diameter ( no threads ) the rest of the way to the bolt head. I didn't notice tha...

67 350 JD steering clutch drive shaft pilot bearing.
Anyone have the number for he pilot bearing on the steering clutch drive shaft? Mine was destroyed in removal.
