It is 1/2" tube with 45 degree single flare. I built a new one for my 420 out of stainless because I had it. Mild steel would work too, the pressure is less then 1000 psi

After disassmebly and cleaning I found that the inside of the transmission case and steering housings are painted a light green, reminds me of the old Detroit 2 stroke color. I am looking for advice on rebuilding the carburetor on my 420. How should the outside be finished? Where they painted green from the factory? How do I keep the paint from sticking everything solid.
