I don't have enough place to put two backup both sides if the o-ring, just for one so witch side is the best to put one backup?

Hi, I 'm rebuilding my two cylinders lifts of my no.1000 tool carrier on my 40c. My question is, normaly should the piston have one or two O-ring on each sides? Mine have two but on the part diagram I can just see one O-ring.

I guy’s I would like to know the proper adjustment of this tie rod in the circle of the photo. The tie rod length between the steering lever and the cam.

All parts are there: seal retainer, seal, cup, cone, spacer, gear, washer, cone, cup, shims and the cap.

You have right but to have the correct preload I have to put a minimum amount of 0.100" of shims and I would like to know if its normal
