My 350 crawler loader had a miss develop very soon after I bought it. I replaced the fuel filters, delivery pump, and injector in the cylinder that was not firing. Turns out it was lack of compression! So now I’m in the process of doing an in-frame rebuild.

Engine is finally coming apart! Oil pan is off, not much to see there. Only #2 piston is sloppy in the bore and was not firing, lacking adequate compression as fuel delivery was okay (new injector). I found those two middle cylinder valves with a white residue on them and looking dark (burnt?) on the contact areas. Planning on taking it to a machine shop for a grind. Can’t see ...
