Re: 350b loader - Radiator "without reverser"

Thanks. It looks like most of the racing oil coolers are basically all set for 300 psi, and that spec sheet I found said that 150 psi or 120 psi were the upper limit for a 350b.

If I try to get in/out pipes similar to the existing hoses, I think I got it from both pressure and flow side.

Found this.

I believe that if I plan for 150 PSI I am fine. Correct?

Re: 350b loader - Radiator "without reverser"

That's great info. Thanks! As I mentioned with the history on this one, it was bought for $1500 due to the radiator and alternator being basically hacked off and stolen. It was otherwise in good condition at 966 hours, good fluids, and had been one of those "farm-pond-purchases" that was bought, use...

Re: 350b loader - Radiator "without reverser"

Thanks for the information... I think "Yes. My 350B has a reverser." Sitting in the seat, I have a gated shifter in the middle (between legs as you sit) and on my left, is a lever that is very likely for forward / reverse, with a lockout in neutral. (A flap/lid with a gap closes and holds the lever ...

350b loader - Radiator "without reverser"

I had been looking for a radiator forever for my 350b loader. Finally found one from a 350b but it says there is no reverser. I'm clueless but my worry is for an oil cooler. I've heard from someone I consider to be well-versed, that the radiator and high pressure oil cooler are made together. Two qu...

Re: 350 B Backhoe Options

Thank you! I will look into it. (Not handy at all with a welder but I know several who are and happily would weld anything up for a few beers and maybe a steak...) Gotta love the old southern attitude I think. (I work with computers by trade, but have also been known to help folks out in that area f...

350 B Backhoe Options

Hi All,

I don't need a big backhoe, and the only ones I seem to be able to find fit the 450, but is there a reasonable way to mount a smaller backhoe onto the back?

If there are smaller options that are actually designed for it too, those would be good to know.

Re: Just bought a 350b Loader

Thanks!

I will check on salvage yards. As for taking the hoses off and getting them crafted, was hoping to get them made up as a set, then take em off and replace them in one go.

Should be a fun ride getting this thing going again.

Just bought a 350b Loader

I just bought an old (I believe 1974) JD350b loader. It "was running when parked" and the radiator was stolen from it. They cut the hoses and ripped it right off. Rest looks good considering everything. Undercarriage is great shape. I can get the radiator handled but there are a couple things I expe...
