Thanks, I was hoping that the flywheel teeth were accessible through that same hole. Hope doesn’t work out for me (hope is not a strategy).

Rotating flywheel for timing on 450c
To insert the flywheel locking pin to set top dead center i am told to rotate flywheel with large screwdriver. The only only access is where on my 1986 straight blade 450c. Using the starter is not good due to momentum. Cummins diesels have a hole for a barring tool that engages the ring gear. Front...
