Ok if I pull-up on yoke and piston can I pull it out of spring Assy as a unit kind of up and out than? Looks like piston just sits against a cup at spring . Thanx for the help

Sort of following you Jim ,cut a chunk of 4x4 board or whatever stick it at back sprocket run machine back to wedge it to collapse adjuster all the way. Yes been looking for a Canadian site the few I found offer pins and bushings with just sizes next to them . I’m going to have to measure what I have than source them , haven’t talked to Lavoy yet . I need to do bucket and links and top loader pins , Just don’t want to put 5k into some steel pins.

Bucket pins 450C
Looking for bucket pins and bushings - dimensions.Does anybody know the size of the pins and bushings needed ? . Standard 1 1/4 yard bucket . Or a source for aftermarket pins JD wants 285$ a pin for the bottoms and 145$ a bushing . That’s way too much for a pin . Thanks guys .

450C crawler loader some of you had said remove loader frame to access everything.What is all involved in removing loader frame besides the 4 mounting pins to frame and undoing all hydraulics under the steps . I have my pusher fan on my 450C . I fabricated a nice set of screen panels for sides of machine , parts catalog shows a screen that goes in front of rad according to diagram , but how does that stop sand an crap from being pulled into machine And being driven through rad core ? What else is involved in removing loader to frame assembly throttle linkages , wiring to dash , air filter assy, etc . Looks like frame for hanging a back hoe has to come off also and does battery box and hydraulic tank have to come off or is it part of the lift. Also looks like ROPS has to come off .

Yes the 1 “ spacer /plate is there but the gasket that you say goes between block an plate is not there at all a few bolts were loose around housing I tightened them up oil bubbles an seeps on block side near top flat side and around sides not lots but some . Looked closer at cleaned up engine there is a plate more like a cast spacer about 1 " thick between block and trans housing.I was thinking a plate about 1/8 " thick with a gasket but it doesn't have that . Ok that’s what I was thinking just use reg hygard or equivalent at125$ a pail might look at a j20c equivalent if it’s a few dollars shorter looks like I need 4-5 pails to do trans /finals /and steering clutches. Ugh .
