Lavoy/Don, I will try both of your ideas. I have smacked the end of the bolts with a hammer but hadn't tried doing it while applying pressure. Removing manifold from my MC

I have to replace the manifold on my MC. I have been applying penetrating oil for the last week and a half. I received the new one today so it is time for it to come off. I don't know if it has ever been off in the last 55 years. I would really like to get the bolts out of there without breaking the...

Normal Temp of the MC

I did some discing today with my MC and she kept getting warmer and wamer. She got right up to about 225 but never did make it to 230. I got a book with it when I bought it but danged if i can find it. I assume that 230 is a bit warm for it. What is the normal running temp for these. She probanbly i...
