Thanks Leonard
I guess I figured if it runs, the injector pump is ok. I will need to do the full job.

350B Stalled but Fixed
I have had issues over the years with my 350 stalling and not knowing why. Recently I replaced the water pump and repaired the rad. During that time I drained the fuel tank and inspected fuel lines and filters etc. After the repairs and getting it running I had typical stalling issues. I removed the...

Re: 350B Loader Control Valve Leaking
Thanks guys.
I have plenty of Oatey Megaloc which is rated for fuels and oils.
I do have a good chain wrench which may fit. Otherwise I may shop for an internal pipe wrench. With a socket adapter I could tighten the two nipples from the top and the side easily.

Re: 350B Loader Control Valve Leaking
I was able to get the control valve out by undoing the steel lines at all three connections each and sliding them out of the way to get to the rear fittings. Getting a better view of the low pressure pipe fittings explained why I could not stop the leak. The one 1” npt sawed off pipe fitting on the ...

Re: 350B Loader Control Valve Leaking
Sounds good. I had looked to see if anything unbolted, but did not scan all sides very well.

Re: 350B Loader Control Valve Leaking
Good to know that threaded pipe is ok. I will ensure that I double hose clamp and ensure there is smooth pipe to clamp to. I believe that was already the case, but I have not removed all hoses yet to see.

Are these OEM fittings?

350B Loader Control Valve Leaking
My control valve assembly has had a substantial leak for as long as I have owned this machine. So much so that I could not pinpoint where it leaks. I certainly feel that the return side hoses and fittings are also suspect. Therefore I have started the process of disassembly. However, I don’t know ho...

Re: 350B Front Crank Seal
Thanks. I know there is the usual wear groove on the shaft, so may sit on pristine surface now. I should be able to tackle getting out to my machine the week.

350B Front Crank Seal
I just installed a new front crank seal in my timing cover and drove it to the bottom trying to keep it straight. I know the seal I removed was driven flush to the cover surface. Therefore, the seal now sits about 1/8” deeper.
Is this ok?

Re: 350B Water Pump
My water pump is now rebuilt. When I purchased my kit (reasonable price), I asked the dealers parts person (not the regular guys) if they could also do the rebuild for me. The parts person not being 100% sure gave me an estimate and confirmed it with the other employee present of 2.5 hr at their sho...

350B Power Steering Thrust Washer
I removed my power steering pump and wonder how the special thrust washer is meant to be installed. I found mine loose but bottomed. My manual does not discuss it other than show it.

Re: 350B Fan Belt Replacement
No, I didn’t take it as don’t change the belt. I’ve said in previous posts that I am not a mechanic and virtually everything I do is for the first time. Therefore, I don’t know things that you and others take for granted. Some of the time I am trying to avoid doing some work mostly because I am worr...
