Thank you, would this explain why it doesn't do anything after the first attempt, but does after remaking the battery connection?

If it is a hoe capable crawler, there will be 2 large lines coming from the diverter near the valve body. If it is not a factory hoe crawler, there will be no lines or diverter. TL;DR - right steering lever broke at the steering shaft and I need a good solution or replacement lever (pn T14254 T).
