I had this same problem, as stated in the last message, turns out my engine clutch needed some adjustment... now she is cutting dirt better than ever with the power one would expect from a machine this size. OP - the pictures of the drain plugs with the blue circles, you said you drained them and they are filled using the same location as you fill the transmission (the pipe with the transmission dipstick) ? are they also 1/2 drain plugs? I have the same dozer and it is over on a friends property so I do...
