Scot; I'll give it a shot, the diff lock shouldn't have any effect on the engine starting. Possibility the starter is engaged to the flywheel. Locked up as you said. Try taking the starter off an see if it will engage outside the bell housing. If it won't have it checked out. Check batteries, cable ...

starter

dlplost:

I would take it to a Alternator,starter repair shop before I would buy new.

If you can't find one there is one up here that would do it. Just my opinion.

Nice pic's Brian. Isn't it fun to play a little. Nice timber, trade you some hardwood for some Fir.
You should have an arch make skidding a lot easier. Looks like a family event, that's good.

420 reverser

Hi 420cbrett ;

There are many post about this.Rule of thumb and many will tell you the
same,never use both reverses at the same time. Most have the transmission blocked so as not to use it . Take a bolt and nut put it in the slot for rev and tighten it up and forget about it.

Hi Steveo; Most of the guy's on here would die for one. If the price is right take it in a heart beat . I'm sure that you can find parts for it. I would look around the island, the blade could be there. Post some pic's if possible, Lavoy will tell you all you need to know about it mailtrain

JD 350 spec's

jdemaris;

This info was from a farm equipment guide. Unknown if maybe this was just a quick reference for the salesman to the buyer.

I just bought a 10kw generator set with a White diesel with a stanadyne

pump. Would this be the same application as Deere? Unavailable parts

too?
