Thanks for the reply. I ended up making a seal driver from pipe and got it in. Thanks for the help.

Ok so I'm convinced that I'm making this harder than it needs to be, however I would like to know that I'm on the right page before I put the tracks back on. 2-53 Detroit diesel rear main seal

Ok I'm having difficulty finding a part number or a specific tool for the 2-53 Detroit diesel rear main. I have tried to install a seal and had no luck, ruined the seal. Problem I'm having is I cant find one that is for the 2-53.

Ok, I now have 2 440icd crawlers and I'm going to try and make 1 good one and keep the parts from the other machine. One runs and moves but has no blade or carriage for a blade, however the one I just picked up has the hydraulic 6 way blade. Now with that being said I'm needing some advice/help with...
