So I had thepumpguy rebuild my pump and I just got it put in and it’s running great now!

i figured a homemade bend was in order.
now i gotts get to a torch......

Trying to remove the pump- the book says remove bolts holding pump on or something like that- how do you remove the bottom nut? I can’t seem to get a wrench or socket on it. I don’t have a “bent” (off set) wrench- is that what I need? I have everything else ready but that lower nut is like impossibl...

i did not test the return line back to the tank-

good catch, i will put some air to it this afternoon to see if its clear (i should see bubbles back at tank if it is i suppose)

i tried to capture the fuel to see if i could find "mouse turds" but i couldnt see anything i can see the clear ball of the check valve and it seemed to be stuck at first but i am unsure really. after i ran it without and put back on i didnt see anything in it again? where is the dampner ring actual...

So I got to the machine today Yep a wire right out of the top- didn’t see it before Put test light on and machine fired right up- turned off after a min and light still on Pulled the reurn line off the pump and started machine, fuel squirted out from pump making a mess but machine ran clear and dint...

i will check the return line for mouse poop and will check for a broken wire terminal and then jump it to the positive terminal to check-

I won’t see the machine or book till tomorrow but I think the fuel solenoid or the ignition switch may be suspect- thanks for those ideas

don’t think it’s air now. After sitting for a day it started right up and reved but didn’t “clear” it ran for a minute and just died. I put 10 gallons in I see the fuel so it has plenty I never saw a wet area where a line could be leaking I cracked lines to make sure flow wasn’t blocked at tank and at pump- The hand pump lever is loose like it isn’t always with resistance- when I put it “back” it just kinda dangles but it did pump...
