I think the bottom of the rear mount is angled. I also think the model is the precurser to my 820. So I agree it looks like a 1010 loader, but might have the conversion kit to mount on the early 2010. The 1010 had a model 810. This is a model 810-820 and mine is the 820 My dozer serial number is the...

The bucket seemed a little smaller than mine. I would guess it is the 3/4 yard bucket. Good for a 1010.

Model #

The unit is model 810-820. I guess that means it wil fit both the 2010 and 1010. You be the judge.

1010 or 2010 Loader up for Auction - Make Bid

I hate to see a nice option cut up for scrap iron. This is the loader unit that will fit a 1010 or 2010 dozer. It is model 810-820 s/n 1543. I have a 2010 loader and my model is a 820. It lookes the same. My bucket size is one cuyd. All the hydraulic hoses are there but the return lines are rotted. ...

I have the operator manual for a 2010 loader. Here are some specs.

Bucket width - 66 1/4"
Bucket vol - 1 cu yd
Bucket lift - 4,500 lbs
Bucket lift height - 115 1/2"
Dump angle up - 50'
Dump angle down - 70'

My 2010 weighed in at 6.5 ton with the bucket and back weights.

I hope this helps.

It depends on the parade. For the town holiday parades, it is most likely a pickup truck. But for the local tractor parades, it is something else. I have a choice of a Model AA doodlebug (cut down), a Ford 8N, a Ferguson TO-20, a Gibson garden tractor, or one of my regular farm tractors. The point i...

People Hauler Parade Wagon

I pulled another peice of junk out of my fencerow and decided to paint it up. I got such a good response out of my Model A Parade Wagon last year, I decided to do it again. http://i836.photobucket.com/albums/zz289/pammark/IH1.jpg This is an IH wagon that had the spoked wheels welded up with 20" truc...

I am not sure if it the same, but my 2010 has two plugs under the steering clutches. The inside tip had a 3/8" finger sticking up about a 1/2 inch. This is the brake drum allignment prong that rides in a slot on the underside of the brake band. It is used to keep the brake band from sliding sideways...

Wheel Fixit

First of all, it looks OK to me. It turns, it steers, its painted, the tire has tread, what more do you want? Of course the obvious is to replace the rim. You can whomp-it with a sledge, but that might chip the paint. Another suggestion is to shim under the lug nuts with thin washers. That is a tria...

Nice Crawler

Looks good. It is good parade material. Speaking about parades, are you going to the Plain City tractor parade next Fri on the 13th? I will be there. I am pulling the Model A parade wagon (earlier post) with my dad's 1952 8N Ford with the Meyer clan tossing candy. If I see you, I can spring for the ...

Results to the Contest

OK, here are the official results. The rock weighed in at 2,440 lbs. No one guessed the exact weight, but we do have a winner. Robert Yoder is the winner with the closest guess of 2,330 lbs, just 110 pounds off. http://i836.photobucket.com/albums/zz289/pammark/GRAPH.jpg With 22 votes the above graph...

Yes, I said til midnight on the 4th. You still have a few hours left. There are some close ones, but no one has the exact weight yet. So that still makes this an open contest for the winner of lunch on me. Like I said, a tie breaker will be the first posted time. No penalty for guessing high. Keep g...

Update

Ain't this fun?

Good guesses so far. No one has guessed the correct number yet, but someone is within 320 pounds of a free feed.

How about if I post the cost of the meal they soaked me for, so everyone will know how much of a glut the winner is? Any thoughts?
