Will this be the same reverser as what is in a 350B or 350C?

We finally got the 350 back in the shop, pulled the engine and transmission. Found the bearing inside the front assembly came apart. Got machine back together and found out the clutch dont work at all. When reverser is put in reverse, it chocks the engine, netural and forward, its just like clutch pedal not engaging to release clutch. Any suggestions. Thanks

Can I remove the valve or will I have to remove the whole reverser housing to get the valve off? I hadnt been back to the machine since I made the orginal post to do any more looking, was trying to get my homework on the job done before I went back.

I have a 350 in my shop that the clutch wont release according to the customer. He not real familiar with the dozer. When I got the engine out, I found theres no clutch like a tractor. Does this clutch work thru the forward reverser clutch pact as a clutch? According to the serial #, its a 1969 mode...
