Tranny/Differential overhaul
:) Hi Guys, Got the tranny/rear end seperated from my 440 ICD. Now, how available are the seals, bearings, shims and all the good stuff I should replace while it is disassembled. At first glance all the gears look good and the ring and pinion gears were not an issue prior to disassembly. Are the par...

Operator's manual
Brad,
I bought a shop manual CD from you. An Operator's Manual would be great to have. Are they still available?

440icd Transmission-1st/5th cluster gear, bearings shot
Lavoy, :( After completing the rebuilding of both final drives, new engine clutch and alot of undercarriage work I was up and running. I had begun a small dig and fill project with no major problems. Only just gear a shift that would pop out of gear sometimes. This is just in need of poppet springs ...

Reverser adjustment
Lavoy, I am trying to adjust the reverser, rear clutch engagement. I open the access but find no lock pin at the adjustment nut to release. Won't turn either. Is it possible that someone was in there and installed it backwards and it's on the opposite side? Is it possible to install backwards? If so...

TIMMMMMMMBERRRRRRRRRR !!!!
Taking trees down with these crawlers is especially dangerous. With no ROPS cab or overhead protection a loose or dead branch falling can ruin the rest of your day. At least wear a hard hat. It will help some on the small stuff. On the big stuff that could come down it may make your undertakers job ...

Engine clutch always engaged.
Just finished repair work on my 440icd and took it out for a spin when it was apparent that there was no responce to the engine clutch pedal. I could start it in gear and go but no way to release disengage engine and pedal is loose and to the "floor". Now, it has sat a couple of years while I've bee...

"Final" (drive) adjustments
Lavoy,
With final drive back on I need to know how to adjust the clutches/pressure plate. I thought that I read on another forum that you sold a tool designed or used for just this purpose. If so I need this tool and a little instruction on this subject will be most helpful.
