Are the inserts (cups) used to seat the balls available anywhere? One of mine went missing during the clutch job on my 440IC.

I am building a replacement for the bent adjusting tube for the track tensioner on my JD440IC. Has anyone built one before?

I need to know the best choice for the tube - 2.375" OD, 0.218" WT. The tube appears to be made from a 2" schedule 80 steel pipe.
