Old thread, but anyone got pics of what the rollers, pins and bushings look like? Someone welded around where the pin is on the side. One of the welds broke and the roller flops around. I'm thinking maybe I can get the roller machined for new bearings. But then I tend to be optimistic

Update, pulled the engine and had a look. Release bearing tabs are worn but rest of mechanism looks okay and moves freely. Could the worn tabs be enough to not disengage clutch? Seems like this was done suddenly since there is zero clutch pressure... Or maybe it takes very little force? https://i.ib...
