Re: JD 550 oil cooler issues
Someone has bypassed my cooler by putting pipe plugs in the radiator and looping the cooler lines together. I'm trying to find either an aftermarket tank or a stand alone radiator!

Re: JD 550 3325 Winch Control Cable Blocks
I don't know why when I was looking at the diagram, I saw the two sides of the same clamp and thought it was two separate clamps. Oh well, I broke one of them so I ordered the 4 replacements....

JD 550 3325 Winch Control Cable Blocks
Can anyone share a picture or description of where the control cable blocks get mounted? I have the bolt for one set up closer to the control lever, but the parts diagram and the service manual don't really show the second location. Thanks!

Re: Jd 550 dozer
Go to your local starter shop. Should be a lot easier on your wallet than going through mother deere. I just pulled my starter on the 550 and the local guy replaced the solenoid in about 30 min. The removal and install was miserable.
