does anyone have any idea of how to check the torque on the reverser to transmission bottom bolts, i checked the top and they are tight but getting to the bottom looks tuff. anyway back to the electrical, so far i have not found anything in the electrical system that is working, even the hour meter ...

well the work continues, I have as usual gotten obsessed with not having an electrical system that flakes out every time i want to use the dozer, so i started with replacing the main electrical connector, then after i saw what a disaster the control panel was underneath, and testing every thing only...

thanks for the reply, to clarify i have a full doner mid 70s 350B, so i have the donor (i think) but was leaning toward the juice is not worth the squeeze.

how important is power steering on the 350?
my 69 350 does not have it but my 350b does, it is possible/worth retrofitting?
i'm a big boy and so fare the lack of power steering has not bothered me but i have not used it that much.

Thanks Lavoy, I have designed a 3d printed part that allows the use of some inexpensive off the shelf 25A and 45A waterproof pin and sleeve connectors to replace this if anyone is interested in the future i can provide the file of a print if needed. how important are the hose clamps that secure the hydraulic hoses where they pass thru the lift arms on the 6 way blade? is there a source to obtain them. yes i will call Lavoy. is there a trick to removing the front floor plate with the floor mounted tach? I have it unbolted but something is keeping it from coming out.
