Check the fuel line, I was having the same problem. The rubber lining had decreased in size from age. Replaced the fuel line and it runs great.

440 icd dash wiring diagram
Does anyone have a dash panel wiring diagram for a 440 icd? Working on my recent purchase and there are more wires dissconnected than connected?
