420,40 & MC Pins & Bushings

Does anyone have the exact measurements that the pins & bushings were manufactured to for these crawlers. Such as the exact O.D. of the pin as well as the length & the exact O.D. & I.D of the bushings. Thx, Mike

It actually is quite easier than Lavoy implies. With a plasma cutter you can cut the hole large enough so that a moldboard bolt is recessed which allows you to weld it in place. You can easily make yourself a new cutting edge yourself, Just visit your local steel service center. Most of them carry abrasive resistant bars in a 400 brinnell hardness. I know because we do. All you would have to do is Plasma cut the bolt holes.
