Wish we had the garand here, mostly just old enfields. Love the m14 closest i think i'll ever get to one might be the noremco copy. Now the really cool release would be the m21 sniper.

No doubt, i guess when its a near miss then the device did its job. Mines been cut down which bothers me cosmetically, but i wasn't thinking about if it had been damaged, i can't see the crawler being used heavily or in any other capacity then to push snow and winch things around. I think i'll resto...

For me the machine is more of a working restoration, but i do get what a rops is for and that the machine pretty much makes a huge mess of someone in a roleover without one, the crawler is from 58 and i haven't seen any pics of a rops being on one, lots on 1010 and so on. If i was clearing brush wit...

To rops or not to
My 420c has a ROPS system that has been lowered and has some damage to it. What does everyone think about just removing it? I'm going to redo the sheet metal and a few other things, well after i get the right side clutches working.

Hydraulic pump stuttering?
I am dealing with a weird problem, when i put a load on the hydraulic system say lifting the blade with weight or pushing down with the blade the hydraulic system stutters and there is a pulsation. I check the oil and there is lots and the oils new, sept last year. Is this a problem with the valve o...

Hey john i'm in edmonton, Lavoy seems to be the closest to us for parts, plus the best prices i've seen. I'm looking for 4 bolt pads, the flatter the better. I have some 2 bolt pads but they are pretty rough. The undercarriage i have from my parts crawler is pretty bad as well. I was thinking of wel...

King of Obsolete
Here is the website for the king of obsoletes website. Has more then a dozen old restored cats and internationals. When you see the condition of what he has restored to running shape might change your mind about how junking a crawler. Gives a really good idea about how cold it can get Canada, and th...
