Well ffolks hArbor freight had couple sets of wrenchs... 1 regular and 1 with 45 and 60 degree offset....looks like my baby deere has better steel than the offset wrenchs.......the spring adjustment nut is neither 1 7/8th nor 2 in....tho 1 7/8 fits on 1 side only and boogers are really PIA to move.....

Lavoy and All, wELL, GOOD new is...got her up in the air...left right track down on 4x4 blocking left track clear....put my comealong on track pull a bit and she locks down both forward and back....so i raise right track off blocks...get other comealong on that track.....BOTH TRACKS move at same tim...

Well now....JOY....had to get more acetylene....got blamed thing red hot 3/4 of way back towards tranny...and still DID NOT pop off with tension on from my come along...torched it from tranny end and by time i got torch put up and to the front...had to hammer a bit and moved to back and some more ha...

A guesstumate...i had donor on trailer and was able to move it around by rolling sliding it....i weighh 150lb....i would say probably around 300lbs give or take...moved it with and without the bell housing and guts

Gave it another thought...for example...my 89 gmc used more oil than i thought it should...after couple years of adding oil i finally climbe underneath and cleaned up the oil pan a bit and then checked it...blamed thing actually had rust pinholes init..went to summit racing and got oil pan and gaske...

OK folks....This danged shaft is really tough nut....I have used the old fire wrench on the sleeve...pulled on shaft with webb rachet strap..only thing that rally holds and straight pull...along with come along as well and literally pulled my webb strap apart with the come along...and no give whatso...

That sure does sound odd..
Sounds to me like some kind of pressure build up in the crankcase??? Of course new clean oil is certainly hard to trace...maybe try to add some food coloring to help trace?? My 440 Always wanted to leak from the valve cover and run down engine.

OK Gents...center Housing is out!!..Man these critters were really packing it in....every crevice crammed and packed in tite...long screwdriver and lots of prying....brake an clutch shafts severely corroded...the small lever for clutch rod may well need replaced..clutch rod appears ok...may well nee...

Well the shaft itself won't ...but brake and clutch pedals will certainly be in way of pulling the center housing straight out...it would have to have a pretty good lift at the narrow end where bell housing bolts in..to clear pedals it does not look to have good clearance to get pedals off..nor room...

Well folks.....got er loose..housing...critters had nest right over top of shaft at tranny so full of pissnvinegar....shaft sleeve does look like pin in at tranny end...but..literally it looks like both sides mite be shear off even with the shaft..drift pin measure about 1/4 inch down to touch on bo...

Believe previous posts show that you can take a link out of each track and move adjusters back to regain a bit longer life and adjustment on your crawler...is a job...have to find master pins and raise machine on solid wood blocks or railroad ties to work on it.
