Re: 350B Brake Adjusting Bolt Seized
Had the same thing happen on mine. Being a rookie owner and working on my first crawler 350B I learned a few things. First I ordered brake bands from Lavoy, got two of them. Replaced the broken one first and put it back together, clutch disc looked good from what I could tell and put it back togethe...

Re: 350B winch
Thanks for the info. I thought I have read on here somewhere that you shouldn't use reverse and the winch at the same time for some reason. I can't remember why though.

Re: 350B quit running
I put a new battery in and fired right up. I charged the other battery all night and only read 7 volts today. Thanks for all of the advice.

Re: 350B quit running
Thanks for the advice on those things. First thing I checked was the battery. Read 2.7 volts, then checked the cut off switch and it read the same on both terminals. That's as far as I got with it today. Thinking the battery went bad or alternator went bad. I will check the wiring harness connector ...

Re: 350B quit running
Thanks Lavoy, but it has lost power somehow. The starter doesn't turn over at all and I dont see the guages move when you turn the switch on. What wire or wires would cause it to quit all of a sudden with it running.

350B quit running
I was working working it today and was getting ready to come off the mountain. I had parked it for a minute and when I climbed back on it just quit running and wouldn't do anything. What are some things to look for. First time it's done this since I have owned it. Thanks

Re: 350B Stalled. Fuel Issue?
I agree with BTown, just had the same problem on mine and it was the vent tube clogged up. The simplest thing to check is usually one of the last things to look at.

Re: 450B shifting speed
This write up helped me understand the adjustment better than the book. HLR adjustment nut should be somewhere midway from top to bottom of threads.. OK 1 last time..; first , adjust the clutch bolt to 3 and 3/4" "freeplay" from top of pedal to where you feel the fingers of the clutch contact the th...

Re: 450B shifting speed
I did the clutch adjustment today and what a big difference it made on the shifting speed. Really smooth now. It was way way off, I dont think it ever disengaged the clutch before. Biggest problem I had was understanding the free travel. After I figured that out everything else was simple. Thanks fo...
