If no one on the board has used ones, K&K made repo's. May still have some.

I'm registered and signed up for several tours. Have had the room reserved for over a year. Hope the weather is decent for getting there. Us coastal Carolina types aren't used to ice and snow! And yes, the Gathering is worth seeing. Great seminars and tours. Excellent displays. The sponsoring clubs ...

Longest for me was coastal NC to skowhegan Maine . 973 miles. Nice original 420C with 3 pt. I95 through NYC, with a traffic tie-up on the George Washington bridge for an hour. Never again!!!!

Gathering of the Green

I see where the Gathering of the Green and Polks spring auction are on the same days again. I know the Gathering folks are restricted on when they can get the convention center, but Polk has his own facility and would think he has more flexibility. Either way, I wish they would work it out so I can ...

There should also be a vent line from top of tank to a line that vents out below the front of the tank. Maybe it is clogged. Pat

If engine has not been replaced, there is a number on the engine below the generator mount. Get up with the John Deere regional rep with that number, fill out the paperwork, and in 9 months or so you may have a replacement serial tag although it will be larger than original and with a bar code.

Lavoy, 440 is too slow. Gator makes for "Rat Patrol" moves. Gus, it does pretty well out to 600 yards. Got the parts from Sarco years ago. Ohio Ordinance makes the approved side plates and bolt. Pat

root rake

Home-made root rake on my 440IC. Welded some box blade shanks onto an old blade. Works good for pushing branches that the pulpers leave.

deer season

This is my new deer rifle. Had a successful season. lol Lavoy, can I re-sight it in at your range? In the interests of full disclosure, I built this from a parts set with an ATF approved side plate and bolt, so it only fires semi-auto. Just showing it off. http://i1070.photobucket.com/albums/u486/pa...

John Deere calendar

Stopped at my local Deere dealer today to get a few items and a new calendar. Parts man said they only got in one box and were out, but showed me the one they kept. Dealership logo (15 stores), and pictures of dogs. No Tractors! I thought he must be joking. No Deeres! My comment tto the manager was ...
