The offset is 1" narrower on the T16259, and the two do not interchange, at least not on a 440.

Bead blast cabinet for sale

Bill pretty much hit all of them, might add stripped splines in rear end. Look to the clutches first. Pull the little top cover on the clutch housing and leave it off. Work the crawler, and see if the brake drum is turning when that side quits driving. If it does, it is in the clutch area somewhere....

Depends on whether you need rails only, or rails and pads. If you have two bolt rails now, or your 4 bolt pads are shot, you will need new pads as well. Only the very last 440's had the narrow dish sprocket, so the 1010 is the main user. JR Hobbs once joked that they quit making parts for the 1010's when the last one rolled off of the assembly line.
