4239d engine
Hi sir and welcome to the forum.. I have a set of balance shafts if you need them... $150 for both plus shipping... I just put a 4239d engine in a 450C dozer and it did not have the balance shafts in it.. 4239D means naturally aspirated a 4239T means turbocharged... my motor sounded good for about 1...

450e tranny
as you sit on the machine,, the tranny sensor is on the right and the neutral safety switch is on the left side down by the shifter inlet to tranny case. sounds like your safety switch isn't working either.. Mark.

450 auxiallary valve
hey I have a nice ripper for the end of that valve if interested... A lot of these older dozers have an extra valve all set up in the machine.. Not like today,, you get no extras on a new machine unless you order it that way...you could use the valve for any number of options,, log clamp, ripper,, 4...

350C
Dear sir I have a complete reverser if needed.. Also there should be a tag by the starter. a little aluminum tag.. the first numbers should identify your motor.. should say 3-164 or 3-179 etc. the 350c has a different reverser than a standard 350 or 350B model,, I would also have the major component...

Your welcome.. Also I think DR.Loch had an article on here (not to long ago) on how to adjust the HLR and clutch pedal sequence.. if you could find that it is the same as for an E model and would help you greatly as he described it very well.. Mark.

450 blade
In my opinion the which isn't worth much,, but it is still mine.. the 6415 is the best blade ever made by John deere. #1. it is by far the strongest and will not tear up side frames and track frames like the angle dozer will. #2. the 6410 you have is easier on frames also but no tilt. #3 A dozer wit...

450 blade.
yeah I did.. I bought a complete six way hydraulic blade and put that on instead,, but you need the valve spool and handle also,, cost me $2500. Just putting on tilt would be a big improvement and then you wouldn't have to change all the hydraulics as you said you have the extra spool.. Good luck.. ...

450E help.
As Dr. loch said the pump in front by the radiator is the hydraulic pump and has nothing to do with the transmission.. the transmission pump is between engine and transmission and bolts to front cover of tranny. Sounds like you are losing your pressure for reverse so it quits working.. Usually when ...

9300 backhoe
I measured my hoses for 9300 attachment.. O.D. of hose 1.5"s and coupler O.D. was 2.25"s so I assume it is 1" I.D. hose... the pin is 1.5"s diameter and 4"s long not counting the taper. best bet is to buy a 1.5" diameter bolt 5"s long and grind your own taper.. insert bolt into backhoe housing off t...
