I have a 450A with a 4039 motor in it. It seems when the motor gets warm that the starter seems to stop working...... It will click but not turn over... Go to it cold and it will fire right off.... Does this sound like the selonoid or any thoughts from you guys... And what size wire should be feedin...

mk well thats good to know any idea on a part #?? I have a 450A and the const. website for deere doesnt show an A model, and the straight 450's, b's, and C's all show just a cap not the one witht the plastic center....

I have a 450 loader with the air cleaner that sits atop a 2 5/16" pipe. It is the one with a top and bottom plate with the clear looking plastic peice in between. Well mine cracked all into peices the plastic peice that is. Does any one have one of these or does anyone have a cap that will fit I ain...

Well I got the motor put in and am almost ready to fire it up... Just wanna get the dash together with the gauges before I fire it up... Any thoughts on a alternator driven tach??? Ok I got a 450a loader, that I am putting another motor in the old one was shot. However new motor does not have power steering pump hole in timing chain cover. Not to mention that the power steering pump is filled with dirt dobber nests and probably dont work..... So will machine perform without t...
