Transmission works fine, pressure guage registers normal almost instantly on start up. It is just the blade hydraulics. Never seen an issue like this and have very limited experience with 2010's and internal pumps. Much easier to diagnose when there is a separate hydraulic tank and an external pump....

I would just clean everthing up really good, including the fibers (bead blast or gentle wire brushing with an angle grinder). We usually block the loader up or set it on something sturdy, then remove the lower pin. This way you can swing the cylinder out of the way and work on the hoses easily.

Key is to do it safely.

I think that you have a few options, 1. Completely remove track frames and re-thread the mounting bolts to the next larger size. This is alot of work.
