Are there rebuild kits available for the winch actuator?
This one is a single leaver with one line coming out of it.

Thanks,
Duke

All 3 crawlers I measure vary from 16 1/8 to 16 3/8 of an inch overall length of the rod to the hole in the yoke.

I will measure my throttle to gov. tomorrow for you.
As long as the rod down to the gov is at standard length all you need is to adjust the rod to the carb per specs.
Is your 440IC the old style throttle or the newer?

If you are handy with mechanical repairs you have found a decent machine for the price!
Assuming the rest is in good shape....

Enjoy,

I am suspecting you may have the throwout bearing carrier sticking or possibly the sleeve that it rides on is damaged. Just my thoughts. I have seen a few damaged when the engine is removed per the manual recommended out a couple inches then up to remove the hydraulic suction tube. the drive...

All I can say is park them side by side and compare.
How the winch mounts and where the pto shaft is in relationship to the mounts is all that matters as far as I know.

Happy wrenching,

Sounds like a project.
Figure on pulling the engine and rebuilding the clutch and the reverser.
Hope the rest is functional.

Is not too big of a project.
Some welding...
A 2 way cylinder...
Another control valve.
Just takes some time and money.

Just saw it done on a 1010C.

Been there done that one.
Flywheel bolt just a touch too long....
Glad to hear you are winning.

Happy wrenching.

Did you have the oil pan off too?
I'm thinking some sediment got into where you don't want it to be or a tight bearing.
Sounds like time to open it up and find what is tight.

Just my thoughts.

Thanks,

The small metal "plate flap" should have a spring on it to hold it closed.
It is there to allow air flow when the engine starts to prevent flooding.
