found a kit for my 350 dozer online it is a censna pump find out your maker and contact them

yes you should tbe able to get out of the spring cup

you should be able to leave track on use come alongs to pull track forward and if you have an engine lift pick track up some should be able to remove yoke

put a block of wood by the sprocket go in reverse with the grease fitting and bleed valve out should give enough slack to remove jim

sounds like your packing on your cylinbers are wasted need to take lift cylinders off and rebuild JIM

I have found that theJD filters are cheaper than those that you stated also certified heavy truck mechanic now retired !! Jim

there is a small slide hammer that I bought to remove pencil injectors because the first set I took of my 66 350 I ended up destroying the injectors using pry bars believe I purchased on Amazon OTC also makes one much easier

have one same series mine is a 66

I have the same series dozer check all of your fluids as no fluid no movement JIM

first check all your fluid levels if no oil no move !!!!!

had same problem on same dozer I turned plates over so you have a new surface and welded
3/16 steel on blade also made up some shims made it a lot tighter JIM

heating them red hot then letting cool on there own heat is a lot better than any penetrating oil have used on frozen parts in the past with good results

might need to do a compression test if you need to start with starting fluid just had 3 cyl Deere would not start with starter fluid checked low compression turned out to be pited exhaust valves

if you do take it apart make sure to put new splined coupling in

had same situation was able to remove with Milwaukee angle drill and a lot of patients
