From your diagram have adjusted that bolt from almost tight to loose.When bolt is all the way unthreaded the part number "4" the shaft with the "ear" on it which the bolt goes through just swings loose can push it back and forth with your finger.Myabe that spring farther down the shaft is broke or s...

Its an old straight 450. It does have the smaller cover which we have off. Then a bigger cover under that but it looks to be, the seat and the tanks have to come off to get that open.

Having trouble with one side other side works. Clutches were rebuilt last November. The throw out shaft just moves back and forth no preasure to move either direction (brake is working) when the clutch operating rod is loosened up. thanks

Can a person take that off in sections, is it all one unit?(and not with a torch:)) Just need to get to the steering clutch hatch under the hydraulic tank side. If not how much does that whole unit weigh? Thanks..
