not sure where you live I am in MI there is a company called Martin Fluid power they handle all kinds of hydraulic seals I take them the samples they match up very reasonable have also used EBAY I also buy individual seal from Jd if you have part numbers lots less cost that way usually i just change...

need to loosen injector lines and pump lever on fuel pump also open bleed screw on fuel filter when no more bubbles at bleeder close continue pumping till you get oil at nozzles make sure switch is on try starting may have to do a couple of times.

Parts book for blade

If you go to JD parts web site enter 6305 in model search it will get you to the parts brake down for your 350 dozer or check out E Bay for a paper copy. the lines were steel and ran in the right side originally .looked on E Bay
2 available around 20.00.

you need to purchase manuals operator parts and service and follow instructions for steering clutch adjustments can be downloaded from JD or E bay has many for sale you most likely have an adjustment problem

roller replacement

recently replaced a few rollers on my 350 with tracks on I used a floor jack and made a u shaped extension cradle to support the roller worked fine if you slide tracks out a floor will work fine.was necessary to remove rock guards and Idid not replace them .

Nice looking 350 looks like a good buy. I have a set of sprocket guards off a350 for sale 50.00 each if you are interested .jim

Had the same problem on my 350 bought a hammer type grease joint rejuvenator from TSC you put oil in it and strike with a hammer did not work immediately but after using machine a few hours I was able to push grease into the shaft .

Yes seems to be a common problem. found mine when the drive coupling spline failed . I think the biggest problem with mine was it was not properly assembled by previous owners I think their were many 1966 350 .

water pump

I have a350 dozer and have the pulled water pump off without removing nose piece replaced seal and put back together this a dozer not a loader.Its tight a job .My manual also says tilt nose forward and remove radiator just did it this spring when I changed my fan back to the blower one.

I have the same machine definitely 350 not B Lavoy says only difference is location of reverser lever have you ran it make sure it steers well steering clutch replacement is a big job and expense

Thanks Lurch the parallel pliers jaws stay straight when you open them I used them when rebuilding eaton truck transmissions, the lock rings on JD hydraulic are similar but larger and the pliers I have got it apart but not wanting to go together would like to find a larger pair of parallel.JIM
