Re: 350c running warm

Take a reading at the thermostat housing-where the coolant leaves the engine to go to the radiator.
That will be the engine temp. Clean the the dirt and oil off.
You can take a reading from the top and bottom tank on the radiator to get an idea how the radiator is working.

Re: 350c running warm

The radiator cap needs to hold the correct pressure.
Test or replace-this is more important than most people Realize.

Re: How to bleed air from a 350c/ or fuel problems

The problem isn’t the check valve. The check valve is being plugged by little pieces of the dampener ring inside the injection pump.
After many years the dampener ring starts to disintegrate and the pieces plug the check valve.
The dampener ring will have to be replaced.

Re: How to bleed air from a 350c/ or fuel problems

Gwilkrrs I have a John Deere 410 backhoe it had the same symptom’s. I added fuel- nope. Changed the filter- nope. Replaced the transfer pump- nope It would start and idle, if I speeded it up much it would die. Then it would start back up. After some more research I removed the check valve where the ...

Re: starter keeps turning

frozen dozer Have you tried tapping on the solenoid with a hammer when the starter is still running? If a starter is used with low voltage or high load it can overload the contacts in the cap and the disk on the plunger. This will cause the disk to stick to the contacts and keep the starter running ...

Re: Moving 350B onto a trailer(not running)

I hauled this 1010 home in December, the engine is bad so it had to be pushed on the trailer. When I got it home I pulled it off with the bucket on a JD410 backhoe. Easy on and off. http://jdcrawlers.lcent.com:8000/johndeere/albums/userpics/10056/C00B48F9-FB73-4CE8-AF0D-C597EC780069.jpeg http://jdcr...
